3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active 218plusph account. Attempting to open or use multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. 218plusph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and permanently ban the underlying individual.
3.4 Account Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. 218plusph may require re-verification of your details at any time.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 218plusph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified 218plusph of unauthorised access without unreasonable delay.
4.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your 218plusph account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat. 218plusph will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred prior to notification.
4.4 218plusph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent 218plusph.
5.1 Deposits. 218plusph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100. 218plusph charges no platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees (if any) may apply.
5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 218plusph is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time and to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Players must only deposit funds sourced from legitimate personal income or assets.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by 218plusph are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new 218plusph accounts only, on the first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility — is strictly prohibited. 218plusph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate accounts where abuse is suspected.
6.4 218plusph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagers are final once confirmed. 218plusph is not liable for errors made by a Player when placing a bet, including incorrect stake amounts or selections.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — 218plusph will resolve the affected bet in accordance with its technical incident policy, which seeks to treat players fairly based on the game state at the time of failure. All decisions by 218plusph in such circumstances are final.
7.4 218plusph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously erroneous price or under conditions where there is clear evidence of system error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 218plusph and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 218plusph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.
10.2 218plusph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.3 218plusph does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, and 218plusph will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), 218plusph may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, any legitimate remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
12.3 A Player may close their 218plusph account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding KYC requirements for withdrawal processing.
218plusph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the 218plusph platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
